30 January 2020

  • Completion of the public tender offer on all shares of Hoivatilat Oy, a Finnish healthcare real estate investor operating in Finland and Sweden. Upon completion of the tender offer, Aedifica controls approx. 98% of all issued and outstanding shares and voting rights. Aedifica has initiated a squeeze-out procedure to acquire the remaining Hoivatilat shares and to de-list the Hoivatilat shares on Nasdaq Helsinki. It is expected that this will be finalised in the course of the coming months.
